Teen Fitness

A positive attitude to health and fitness should be encouraged at every age which is why we offer a number of adult classes for teenagers aged 13 + (If you are aged 13-15 an adult must accompany you). Or on your own with signed consent from your parent or guardian.

All we require is that you have a brief chat with our Wow Fitness consultant before you start, to fill in a health check questionnaire and make sure you get the maximum benefit from your exercise session.
